Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we’re here to help.

Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us at support@ventraze.com with photos.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return:
- Used or worn items
- Items not in original condition
- Items returned after 14 days

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account, then contact your payment provider.
